Website terms · 27 August 2026

Use the site as research information—not a trading instruction.

These terms cover the public website and request pathway. Separate written terms are required before any paid Technical Evidence Review begins.

Information-only website

Website content, metrics, examples, tools and member resources are general technical or educational information. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade or deploy anything.

Technical review engagements

A form submission does not create a paid engagement. If a request fits the boundary, RangeState may issue a written proposal defining inputs, calculations, outputs, limitations, timing, fee, cancellation rights and the contracting legal entity. Work starts only after those terms are agreed.

Your responsibilities

Supply only records you are entitled to share, keep credentials and sensitive data out of the site, check your inputs and make your own trading and risk decisions. Do not rely on a historical or simulated result as a prediction.

RangeState-owned research

Portfolio A, Sovereign EA and the strategy library are RangeState-owned work. RangeState is not an independent reviewer of them. Their public pages are research records only, with no offer, price, checkout or availability representation.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. Do not scrape, republish, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with or misrepresent RangeState content, software or protected member resources except where law permits.

Availability and liability

The site may change, contain errors or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RangeState does not warrant completeness, fitness for a trading purpose or future performance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Contracting details and dispute terms will be confirmed before paid work is accepted.
