Operating boundary
Technical evidence in. Factual evidence record out.
RangeState applies an agreed technical scope to customer-supplied records. It does not make the customer’s trading decision.
In scope
What RangeState can accept and report.
- Customer-supplied MT4, MT5 and StrategyQuant reports and settings manifests
- Redacted account-history or monitoring exports when a factual comparison is agreed
- Customer-defined cost scenarios, thresholds, portfolio membership and programme rules
- Observed metrics, calculations, missing evidence, sensitivity results and reproducible retest steps
- Supported, Limited or Unsupported labels tied only to a written technical proposition
Out of scope
What RangeState does not provide.
Broker, prop-programme, investment or capital-allocation selection
Live signals, copy trading, order routing, account management or custody
Predictions or guarantees of returns, drawdown, robustness or prop-firm success
Account passwords, API keys, payment-card data or source code through the initial form
Customer control
Your assumptions remain yours.
You choose the records, portfolio membership, technical proposition and scenarios. RangeState can calculate what happened under those inputs and identify limitations. It will not convert those facts into a recommendation or suitability conclusion.
Conflict disclosure
RangeState cannot independently review its own work.
Portfolio A, Sovereign EA and the strategy research are RangeState-owned. Their public pages are labelled as owned research, not independent assessments, offers or recommendations. A genuinely independent assessment would require an unrelated third party.

Backtest Evidence Checker.
The planned checker will extract factual report fields and flag missing evidence. It will not build a strategy, rank instruments, generate signals, connect to a broker or tell a user whether to trade. It is not yet available.
